Dear Members of Girvan Bowling Club,
It is with great honour that I introduce myself as your new President. This position has been held by many remarkable individuals throughout our Club’s proud history, and I am deeply humbled to follow in their footsteps. I am genuinely excited to collaborate with such a dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate group of members and will work tirelessly to uphold and grow the success of our Club. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ronnie MacLeod for taking on the role of Vice President. His invaluable contributions will undoubtedly strengthen our team. I also wish to express my appreciation to our new Office Bearers:

I am also sincerely grateful to all our members for their continued support and dedication. The contributions of our Maintenance Programme and Social Club Committee are crucial to the Club’s operations, and their efforts play a key role in ensuring a bright and prosperous future for Girvan Bowling Club.
Looking ahead, I hope the upcoming season brings as much joy and success as last season. Winning the Gold Bowl and Carrick Cup was a fantastic achievement, but as a competitive athlete, I dream of adding the Ayrshire Cup to our list of accomplishments this season.
To every member, I offer a warm welcome and encourage us all to work together, supporting one another to enjoy a fulfilling and successful bowling season.
